If you know a friend or family member who is fed-up with reporting repairs to their landlord and is persistently being ignored, The Tenant Help Service can help!
And the best bit? If their case is accepted by one of our vetted and affiliated housing experts, and they're keen to work with your friend, you'll be entitled to a voucher as our way of us saying thank you.
You can either choose a £20 Love2Shop card or a £20 Amazon voucher, and even better, all you have to do is pop their name and number into the form. We'll then leave it 24 hours before contacting your friend to give you time to give them the heads up.

We'll contact your friend and arrange an appointment to assess their housing conditions.
Once we've completed their report, we'll then forward it to our affiliated experts. They'll then assess the case for to ensure satisfies all of the criteria for success.
Provided their case is accepted, we'll then post the voucher to your address.
Simply recommend a friend living in poor rental conditions and we'll do the rest. Provided they qualify for housing disrepair support and their case is accepted by our affiliate tenant experts, we'll then post you the referral voucher.
In order to qualify for the voucher; an appointment will need to have been booked with your friend, the survey will need to have been completed, and their case will need to be accepted by our affiliated parters. The entire process will generally take between 5-14 days.
As soon as the case for your friend has been accepted, we'll post the voucher straight to you!
If we have completed a survey for your friend prior to you completing the refer-a-friend form, unfortunately, you won't qualify for the voucher. This is because we will have signed your friend up independently of your recommendation.
If your friend states that they have been recommended by you on the sign-up form, you will be entitled to the voucher.
